Dominant groups

Analysis of individual income levels in Area Outside Ward in 2018 compared to Wairoa District shows that there was a similar proportion of persons earning a high income (those earning more than $70,000 per annum) as well as a similar proportion of low income persons (those earning less than $15,000 per annum).
