Dominant groups

Analysis of the household types in the Hutt City in 2018 compared to the Belmont Park and Manor Park shows that there was a higher proportion of one family households as well as a higher proportion of group households. Overall, 66.7% of total households were one family households, and 3.0% were group households, compared with 64.8% and 4.1% respectively for the Belmont Park and Manor Park.
