Dominant groups
In 2018, there were 39 people who caught public transport to work (train, bus or ferry) in Musselburgh, compared with 627 who drove in private vehicles (as a driver, or passenger).
Analysis of the method of travel to work of the residents in Musselburgh in 2018 compared to the Andersons Bay shows that 4.8327% used public transport, while 77.6952% used a private vehicle, compared with 3.6199% and 76.9231% respectively in the Andersons Bay.
The major differences between the main method of travel to work of the population in Musselburgh and the Andersons Bay were:
