Dominant groups
Analysis of the housing tenure of the population of Abbotsford in 2018 compared to the Maryhill shows that there was a larger proportion of households who owned their dwelling; a larger proportion purchasing their dwelling; and a smaller proportion who were renters.
Overall, 24.4% of the population owned their dwelling; 52.6% were purchasing, and 14.5% were renting, compared with 22.0%, 43.1% and 27.0% respectively for the Maryhill.
