Dominant groups
Analysis of the household types in Waverley in 2018 compared to the Fairfield shows that there was a lower proportion of one family households as well as a higher proportion of group households. Overall, 73.3% of total households were one family households, and 3.2% were group households, compared with 78.8% and 2.3% respectively for the Fairfield.
