Dominant groups

Analysis of the family types in Andersons Bay in 2018 compared to Campus West shows that there was a higher proportion of couple families with child(ren) as well as a higher proportion of one-parent families. Overall, 45.7% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 12.2% were one-parent families, compared with 7.1% and 7.1% respectively for Campus West.

There were a lower proportion of couples without children in Andersons Bay, 42.1% compared to 85.7% in Campus West.
