Dwellings with 3 bedrooms are the most common in Broad Bay-Portobello in 2018.

Dominant groups
Analysis of the number of bedrooms in dwellings in Broad Bay-Portobello in 2018 compared to the Arthur Street shows that there was a lower proportion of dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, as well as a lower proportion of dwellings with 4 or more bedrooms.
Overall, 30.7% of households were in dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, and 23.3% of 4 or more bedroom dwellings, compared with 45.4% and 27.8% for the Arthur Street respectively.
