Dwellings with 3 bedrooms are the most common in Bush Road in 2018.
The Number of Bedrooms in a dwelling is an indicator of the size of dwellings, and when combined with Dwelling Type information, provides insight into the role Bush Road plays in the housing market. However, the 2018 Census utilised past Census data and statistical imputation to improve the response rate for this variable, leading to a significant reduction in the "Not Stated/Not Elsewhere included" rate in 2018 (which is now close to zero). Users should take care in comparing to earlier years which have a higher Not Stated rate, as dwellings which were not stated in those years are distributed into various categories in 2018.

Dominant groups
Analysis of the number of bedrooms in dwellings in Bush Road in 2018 compared to the Otago Region shows that there was a lower proportion of dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, as well as a lower proportion of dwellings with 4 or more bedrooms.
